2. Services

Bayli Auto Sales provides services including, but not limited to:

  • Sale of used cars and commercial vans
  • Vehicle purchasing and trade-ins
  • Vehicle sourcing (where applicable)
  • Towing and roadside assistance coordination
  • Vehicle insurance arrangements

All services are carried out with reasonable care and in accordance with standard industry practices.

3. Vehicle Sales

All vehicles are sold as seen and inspected at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Inspect the vehicle thoroughly
  • Request any available information before purchase

Any representations regarding vehicles are based on information available at the time and may vary.

4. Trade-Ins and Vehicle Purchases

Trade-in valuations are based on:

  • Vehicle condition
  • Market value
  • Information provided by the client

Final valuation may be confirmed after physical inspection. Bayli Auto Sales reserves the right to adjust offers if the vehicle condition differs from initial information.

5. Quotations and Estimates

Any quotes or estimates (including for vehicles, trade-ins, towing, or insurance) are based on the information available at the time.

If additional requirements arise, we will inform you and seek approval before proceeding where possible.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due as agreed at the time of purchase or service.

We may accept various payment methods including:

  • Cash
  • Bank transfer
  • Other agreed payment methods

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the transaction.

7. Towing and Roadside Assistance

Towing services may be provided directly or through associated providers.

  • Availability may vary depending on location and demand
  • Emergency or out-of-hours services may incur additional charges

While we aim to provide prompt service, response times cannot be guaranteed.

8. Insurance Services

Bayli Auto Sales may assist in arranging vehicle insurance.

  • Insurance policies are provided by third-party insurers
  • Terms, coverage, and approvals are subject to the insurer’s conditions

We are not responsible for decisions made by insurance providers or policy terms issued.

9. Access and Responsibility

For services such as towing or inspections, the client must provide safe and reasonable access to the vehicle.

We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to restricted or unsafe access.

10. Vehicle Condition and Limitations

Used vehicles may have wear and tear consistent with age and mileage.

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing mechanical or structural issues
  • Issues arising after purchase due to normal use
  • Undisclosed faults not identifiable at the time of sale

Customers are encouraged to carry out independent checks where desired.

11. Liability

We take reasonable care in providing all services. However, Bayli Auto Sales shall not be held responsible for:

  • Pre-existing issues with vehicles
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Delays outside our control

Our liability is limited to the value of the service or transaction provided.

12. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an appointment or service, please inform us as early as possible.

Late cancellations or missed appointments (especially for towing or scheduled visits) may be subject to a fee.

13. Health and Safety

We follow appropriate health and safety practices during all services.

Clients must maintain a safe distance during towing or vehicle handling operations.

14. Privacy

Any personal information provided will be used solely for:

  • Delivering services
  • Communicating with you

We do not sell personal data and only share it where necessary (e.g. insurance providers), in line with applicable laws.

15. Changes to Terms

Bayli Auto Sales reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this website.
